Application Methodology

Step No. 1: Surface Preparation & Crack Sealing

Ensure the concrete surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, laitance, or loose particles. Identify all cracks requiring treatment.
Seal the cracks using a suitable epoxy sealing compound, which can also be used for fixing injection nipples. Install injection nipples along the crack line at a spacing of 200 mm to 500 mm, depending on the width and depth of the crack. Allow the sealing compound to cure properly before injection.

Step No. 2: Mixing & Injection

Pour the entire contents of the hardener pack into the base resin container.
Mix thoroughly using a slow-speed power mixer for approximately 60 seconds until a uniform, lump-free mixture is obtained. Transfer the mixed material into a suitable pressure injection pump. Inject the low-viscosity epoxy grout into the cracks, starting from the lowest nipple and progressing upward, ensuring complete penetration.
Injection must be completed within the pot life of the material for effective bonding.

Step 3: Finishing & Curing

After 24 hours, remove the injection nipples carefully.
Seal the nipple holes and any remaining surface voids using the same sealing compound. Allow the treated area to cure fully before subjecting it to service loads.

Health & Safety

ArmGrout Inject EP-LV should be handled with gloves. When come in contact with skin, eyes or other parts of the body clean with plenty of water and soap and medical advice has to be taken.
