Description
AquaArm ExcelCoat is a single-component, water-based elastomeric acrylic waterproof coating engineered to deliver superior waterproofing performance compared to regular exterior paints. It forms a durable, seamless barrier that effectively prevents water penetration, protecting structures from long-term moisture damage.

Application Methodology
Step no 1: Surface Preparation
All concrete surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned and completely free from laitance, dust, dried algae, loose particles, oil, grease, and other contaminants before application. For old or previously painted surfaces, ensure proper cleaning using mechanical methods such as:
- Wire brushing, and/or
High-pressure water jet cleaning
Proper surface preparation is essential to achieve optimal adhesion, performance, and long-term durability of the coating.
Fill cracks 2–5 mm wide using Crack Filling Compound or ReArm Crack Fill (paste/powder). Cracks wider than 5 mm and separation gaps should be repaired with ReArm Bond Latex–modified mortar after opening the crack to a “V” cut.
Step no 2: Priming
Step No. 3: Application of AquaArm Excel ExcelCoat
Use AquaArm ExcelCoat directly from the container. Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniform consistency.
For Top Coating : Two Coats of topcoat are recommended. When the primer coat is touch dry apply the first coat of AquaArm Excelcoat.
Excel The second coat is to be applied perpendicular to the first coat within one hour or when the first coat is tack free, to ensure uniform masking even finish.
Do not undertake any further work over the coated area within 72 hrs of final coat.
Allow the coated surface to air cure fully for 7 days.
Health & Safety
Avoid contact with skin/eyes, avoid swallowing. In case of contact with skin or eyes, use plenty of water to wash and obtain medical helps immediately.
Storage and Shelf Life
- Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture, when stored in cool and dry place at original, unopened condition.
