Description
AquaArm PU 2K P, a liquid applied membrane is a kind of waterproof coating with two component chemicals, component A is a Polyurethane pre-polymer, component B has a curing agent and special additives. When applied, AquaArm PU 2K P creates a continuous watertight seal. It has also excellent adhesion to almost all construction substrates.

The ratio of component, A to B is 1: 2.
Application Method:
Step no.1: Surface preparation
Surfaces should be dry, stable, clean, smooth, without pockmarks or honeycombs and free from any dusts, oil or loose particles. Cracks and surface irregularities need to be filled by sealants and do additional waterproofing. For smooth and stable surfaces, this step can be skipped.
Step no.2: Primer Application
Apply AquaArm Primer PUDC on dry concrete surface (ensure moisture level does not exceed 5%) by the help of brush or airless spray. Recommended *Coverage 200 – 400 gms / m² – single coat application, touch dry surface dry in approx. 30 min at 270C, Relative humidity 50%. (*dosage depending upon surface condition at porous surface dosage may increase).
Step no 3: Product Application
Additional layer
Can be applied with AquaArm PU 2K P to enhance at internal and external corners, drain pipes, floor drains or embedded parts.
Application of water proof coated membrane
Can use brush, roller or spray equipment for application. Two coats need to be applied. Second coat can be applied. After complete drying. The normal time between each coating is 24 hours. The direction of second time coating needs to be perpendicular to the first-time coating. Third coat can be applied as per the requirement of site.
Health & Safety
Use PPE such as coveralls, goggles and respiratory mask. If spilled into eyes, wash with plenty of water immediately and if irritation persists, seek medical treatment. Non-flammable material.
Keep away from children. The application of material should be under good ventilation. Avoid inhalation of the vapours. Always wear protective clothing, goggles, vinyl gloves, and vapour mask.
Do not take internally, may be fatal if swallowed. First aid: Eyes – flush with water and seek medical attention immediately. Do not use any solvents.
Ingestions – give several glasses of water or milk and seek medical attention immediately. Contact with skin – wash affected area immediately. Inhalation – move to fresh air.
Attention
The temperature for application of AquaArm PU 2K Pshould be above 5 °C.
No crack at heat treatment for 80°C, 168hrs,
No crack at -35°C for 2hrs.
AquaArm PU 2K P has to be used out as soon as the packaging is opened.
AquaArm PU 2K P cannot be exposed to the air.
