Description
Mapei Planicrete SBR is a highly stable water dispersion of a special synthetic elastomer resistant to alkaline saponification, characterized by its low glass transition temperature. This special SBR ( styrene-butadiene rubber) based elastomer also has a special property that makes it stable after aging.

Uses
- As an additive to improve the mechanical and adhesive characteristics of cement-based screeds, renders and thin smoothing layers.
- As an additive for highly adhesive cement bonding slurries.

- Bond Coat – 30 to 35 Sqft per Kg
- Waterproof Coating – 20 to 22 Sqft per Kg in 2 coats (Mix 1 Kg MAPEI Planicrete SBR + 2 Kg Cement.)
- Polymer Modified Mortar for Concrete Repairs – 55 – 60 sq ft. per Kg for single coat(Mix 2 Kg MAPEI Planicrte SBR + 5Kgs Cement + 15Kgs Sand)

Storage and Shelf Life
