Description
ZycoBond Max is a nano acrylic co-polymer that enhances water resistance and bonding strength in concrete and cement plaster surfaces. When used with ZycoSil Max, it provides effective waterproofing and forms a flexible, durable polymer film with bond strength up to 17 N/mm²

- Horizontal Waterproofing: To be used in a ratio 1:1 (with water) wet-on-wet after ZycoSil Max treatment
- Vertical Waterproofing: To be used as part of Zycosil Max solution in ratio of 1:45:2 of ZycoSil Max : Water : ZycoBond Max

Application Methodology
Surface Cleaning
Clean the surface with wire brush, scrubber or air blower to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance & dust. De-grease the surface by using suitable solvents, if needed.
Horizontal Waterproofing
ZycoBond Max solution must be applied wet-on-wet by spray / flooding / roller following treatment of surface with ZycoSil Max solution.
Vertical Waterproofing
Prepare solution of ZycoSil Max with water in ratio of 1 : 45 then add 2 liters of ZycoBond Max to prepared solution.
For achieving best performance, brush or roll above solution from bottom to top.
Full saturation for the vertical surface is achieved when, solution starts dripping upon brushing or rolling.
Storage and Shelf Life
- Best before 4 Years from the date of manufacture, when stored in cool and dry place at original, unopened condition.
