Description
Alldry Repair Master is a high-performance modified SBR latex based binder used as a waterproofing coating, bonding agent, and mortar modifier.

Application Methodology
Surface Preperation
The surface must be cleaned thoroughly for any loose particles or laitance etc before application. Oil or grease on the surface must be removed by suitable degreasing agent, it must then be cleaned with water. Remove excess water.
- Clean the surface, where breaking is not possible roughen the surface by grit blasting or light scrabbling.
- The edges must be saw cut to 8 – 10 mm.
- The surface must be pre wetted & should be in SSD condition before application.
Mixing & Application
As a waterproof coating
Mix Alldry Repair Master with Cement in the ratio 1 part Polymer : 2 parts Cement by weight preferably with a mechanical stirrer to avoid lump formation. Mix for 3 – 5 mins to remove any entrapped air & get a homogeneous lump free mix.
Apply the mixed material using a brush over the prepared surface. After 4 – 6 hrs of drying, apply second coat in the direction perpendicular to the first coat.
Overlay the coating with plaster, mortar or screed to the desired slope & thickness.
As a Bond Coat
Mix Alldry Repair Master with Cement in the ratio 1 part Polymer : 1 part Cement by weight Apply one coat of the mixed material using a brush over the prepared concrete surface. Ensure to overlay the Repair Mortar when the bond coat is tacky.
As a Repair Mortar
Ratio for Patch Repair Mortar or Render – Mix Cement 1 part : Sand 3 parts & add 7 % of Alldry Repair Master by weight of Cement. Add required amount of water to get the desired consistency of the mix. 3.5 kg Alldry Repair Master to be use with 50 kg Cement bag.
Health & Safety :
- Kindly refer to the MSDS, which gives detailed information on safety measures while handling the paint, which is available on request.
- Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.
- May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.
- Wear eye protection during application. In case of contact with eyes or skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice if irritation persists.
- No added Lead, Mercury, Chromium, Arsenic and other heavy metal compounds
Precautions :
- For best results follow recommended dosage & mix ratio.
- Always add cement to liquid. For larger quantity use of mechanical stirrer is strictly recommended.
- It is recommended to use this product for preventive waterproofing. Any dampness in wall / roof should be treated with Alldry Total 2K or Alldry Total 2k Flex.
- Under severely hot conditions little extra water may be required to get proper consistency of the mortar
Storage and Shelf Life
- Best before 18 months from the date of manufacture, when stored in cool and dry place at original, unopened condition.
