AquaArm Latex 45 is a single component product based on modified SBR latex, designed for use as a ready to use bonding agent and cement modifier. It is used as an admixture for obtaining waterproof concrete, plasters and mortars.

- Bond coat – bonding of masonry stone work & plastering
- Cladding – Fixing or re-fixing of slip bricks, tiles, stones & marble bedding
