ArmGrout Inject 2 is a solvent-free, two-component polyurethane injection resin with a slow reaction time. It cures to a non-foaming, flexible, pore-free material and shows slight expansion on contact with water

Application Methodology
Mixing Instructions
Component A (polyol) and component B (isocyanate) are already supplied in the correct mix ratio. The B-component is added to the A-component. The hardener must be completely emptied into the A-component. The two components are mixed using a mixer at approximately 300 rpm (e.g., a drilling machine with a mixer attachment). It is important to stir the mixture thoroughly, including from the walls and bottom of the container, until a homogeneous mass is achieved. The two components must be mixed quickly.
Processing Tools
The procedure is as follows:
- Pump off the remaining injection material from the injection unit.
- Rinse the top container with FloArm Tool Clean.
- Clean the injection pump, the top container, and the tubes for 5 to 10 minutes with FloArm Tool Clean in circulation.
- Pump the cleaning mixture into a container and rinse again with FloArm Tool Clean.

- 1-component pump (Airless or piston pump)
- 2-component pump (Use with the metal special mixer to ensure correct product quality)
Cleaning of Tools
Tools must be cleaned properly immediately after use using the cleaning agent FloArm Tool Clean. After work is finished or during long interruptions, the injection equipment must be thoroughly cleaned. Material must not be allowed to dry out in the equipment to prevent blockage of critical machine components. The cleaning or solvent agent should have a flash point exceeding +21°C. We recommend using FloArm Tool Clean (refer to the technical data sheet for details).
Storage During Resting Times
In case of longer resting times, the pump, the top container, and the tubes must be filled with the flushing oil ASO-R007. Before using the injection unit again, the oil must be removed.
Physiological Behaviour and Protective Measures
ArmGrout Inject PU4 is physically harmless after complete hardening. However, the liquid component is considered harmful and labeled with Symbol Xn.

Health & Safety
ArmGrout Inject PU4 is non-toxic and non-flammable in nature; however, standard safety precautions should always be followed during handling and application. It is recommended to use protective goggles and gloves and to avoid inhalation of vapours. In case of skin contact, the material should be cleaned immediately. If the product comes into contact with the eyes, seek medical advice immediately.
